Umikaze, the blind wave

Accused of stealing the captain's treasure when he was a
ship's boy, scarified and thrown in the ocean to certain death. Drowning and gasping for his life, he grabbed something: A magical weapon, a sword that can bend water. The sword allows him to sense things that surround him by water particles in the air. Now he has become a master swordsman, seeking revenge.
